What size vehicles do you have?

We offer a wide range of vehicles with capacities from 16 seats up to 89 seats, suitable for groups of all sizes.

Can I cancel or amend a booking?

Yes, however, changes such as increasing vehicle size or altering your destination may incur additional charges.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my private hire booking?

Yes. A 10% deposit is required to confirm all bookings, unless you have a prior agreement with us (e.g. schools, universities and businesses).

When does the final balance need to be paid?

The full balance must be paid seven days prior to travel, unless an alternative arrangement exists for your organisation.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

Your cancellation will be handled in line with our official cancellation policy.

Can I bring refreshments, food, or alcoholic drinks on board?

Food (other than confectionery) and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, may only be consumed with prior company consent, unless you are travelling on a vehicle specifically fitted for that purpose. 

Am I guaranteed the exact vehicle I request?

We will always do our best to provide the vehicle specified, however: 

  • We may supply a larger vehicle at no extra cost (unless additional seats are used).
  • We may substitute another vehicle of at least equivalent quality, including vehicles from other operators, if necessary.
