Q) What size vehicles do you have?

A) We offer a wide variety of vehicles with a capacity ranging from 16 seats to 89 seats.

Q) Can i cancel or amend a booking? 

​

A) There may be additional charges if you increase the size of the vehicle or change the destination. Our cancellation terms can be seen here via our terms & conditions page

​

Q) Do I need a to pay a deposit to secure my private hire booking?

​

A) Yes, we require a 10% deposit on all bookings in order to secure your vehicle. (Unless you have a prior agreement with us. e.g.. schools, universities & businesses etc)

​

Q) When does the final balance need to be paid?

​

A) The full balance would need to be paid seven days prior seven days prior to travel. (Unless you have a prior agreement with us. e.g.. schools, universities & businesses etc)

Q) What happens if i cancel my booking?

Q) Can i bring refreshments, food, alcoholic drinks etc onto the vehicle?

​

A) Other than on a vehicle fitted expressly for that purpose, food (except confectionery) and drink (including alcoholic beverages) may not be consumed on the vehicle without prior consent from the Company.

Q) Am I guaranteed  the exact vehicle requested?

​

A) The Company reserves the right to provide a larger vehicle than that specified at no additional charge unless any extra seats are used in which case an additional pro rata charge will be made to the hire charge. The Company reserves the right to substitute another vehicle (including those of other operators) or ancillary facilities for all or part of the hiring subject to such substitutes being of at least equivalent quality.
